Having Trouble Logging On To Your
Patron Account?
All John Jermain Library cards that expire every three years. If your card is expired you will not be able to log on to your patron account on our website.
If you have had your card for three years, you should check with the library to see if it needs to be renewed. Renewals can be done by phone or in person. When you call or visit, you will be asked to confirm your current address and phone number, and that's it. The card will then be renewed, which takes only a few seconds.

Patrons with expired cards are not allowed to use any of the library's online services including:
- Viewing or modifying your patron account
- Placing online book requests
- Renewing books online
- Requesting Interlibrary loans
- Using the Virtual Reference Library
- Using Live Librarian
- Using Novelist
- Using public computers in the library
Of course, you also can't take out books or other items from the library, but in that case, when you are here, we will automatically renew your card. |
